Green Mist, "Wu Lu" Zhejiang Province

  • Green Mist, "Wu Lu" from the Zhejiang Province is pan-fired. This is a wonderful deep tasting green tea. These twisted needles provide a very robust flavored tea that offers a sweet fresh aroma and a long finish.

    You'll very much enjoy a cup of this green tea, it's quite refreshing and filled with flavor.
  • Gaiwan Method
    Using a 4 ounce Gaiwan, I recommend 3 grams of tea, at a 175 temperature. Start with a quick pre-steep rinse to ensure that the leaves infuse evenly and then steep for about 30 seconds, gradually increasing the steeping length after each infusion. I find I can get three to five good steepings out 3 grams.
